Buses will load from the Holiday Inn Parkside, only, and will not make stops at other hotels with a WGA room block.

NOTE: 
Space is no longer available for the field trip on June 18.  Media who wish to cover the field trip should contact kdeike@westgov.org.  Individuals not participating in the field trip may contact Montana Adventures for information on recreational opportunities.  

In compliance with Montana's Open Meeting Law, the public is welcome to attend the introduction session at the Lubrecht Forest Center. However, parking is limited to the Garnet area parking lot. For security purposes, no private vehicles will be permitted to enter the Lubrecht Forest Center during the field trip.

The Garnet area parking lot is approximately 1/4 mile from Lubrecht Forest Center. Pedestrian traffic into the Lubrecht Forest Center by non-registrants for the conference will, for safety and security reasons, only be permitted until 15 minutes after the event has begun.

The remainder of the field trip is limited to those who are pre-registered and possess the appropriate credentials. Individuals who do not have credentials will not be permitted to join the field trip.
