Gary will summarize the WSWC
survey results,
using it as starting point to frame the issues and describe how states vary in
addressing these issues.

A state representative will characterize each of the five issue areas related to
arid areas and the applicability of Clean Water Act protection criteria. Each
presentation will be for 15 minutes including Q&A.
