8:30 Discussion of Technical Solutions

Determine WIC Clinic, Commissary and Health Services hardware, software and telecommunications needed to establish and interface with a secure website and delivery and reconciliation of electronic system.

If appropriate and as needed, as an optional segment we can use additional breakout sessions.

Identify PKI/Digitized Signature needed for Demonstration and Communication with Common Access Card
