This listserv promotes online discussion and provides information relating to the Commission for Environmental Cooperation, established in 1993 to address environmental issues in North American from a continental perspective with a particular focus on those in the context of liberalized trade. The CEC Council, the CEC's governing body, is composed of the environment ministers of Canada, Mexico and the U.S. Web site: www.cec.org.

Community Forestry Forum is the Community Forestry Discussion List of the Communities Committee of the Seventh American Forest Congress. This list was created to provide a discussion forum for Communities' Committee members (for information regarding Communities Committee of the Seventh American Forest Congress, see Organizations under Institutions) and others interested in community-based resource management. Questions, information about new resources or methods, opinions and announcements related to community forestry are welcome. New subscribers are encouraged to introduce themselves in a brief message, using the subject header "INTRO."

Published by the National Network of Forest Practitioners, Community Forestry News is designed to deliver information on national-level policy developments of consequence to people of rural forested communities. Suggestions and submissions are always welcome. Send them to tbrendler@igc.org.
The Resource Guide was developed by Western Governors' Association staff with guidance from the Enlibra Advisory and Steering Committees. The links provided are maintained by other organizations. While their inclusion does not necessarily represent an endorsement by WGA, it is hoped the information provided will assist individuals and groups seeking to address environmental challenges through the use of the principles outlined in the Enlibra doctrine.
