The meeting will be held at the Horton Grand Hotel,
311 Island Avenue. It will begin at
1:00 p.m. on the 13th and conclude at 12 noon on the 14th. A
block of rooms is reserved at the hotel at a rate of $99, plus tax, per
night. Please call the
hotel at 619-544-1886 or 800-542-1886, to make room reservations under the
“WGA Transmission Financing Committee” room block.
The deadline for making reservations is November 30.
Parking at the hotel is currently $15.00/day.
There are several airport shuttle services, such as Cloud Nine,
that will provide transportation to the hotel.
The rate for a shuttle van is about $6.00 one way.
The rate for a taxi is about $11.00 one way. The check-in time for the hotel is 3:00 p.m.
The hotel will try to accommodate early arrivals, but your room may
not be available until after 3:00. Check
out is 12:00 noon.
