How Canadian, Mexican and U.S. venture capitalists, public and private sector project financiers, clean energy executives and policy makers can better collaborate in order to deploy clean energy technologies more broadly   The challenges and opportunities of today's project financing environment, risk structure and financing models.   The challenges and opportunities associated with North American cross-border venture capital investment and clean energy project financing.   The roles that public capital markets, state, provincial, federal and regional governments should play in the development and financing of clean energy and how government incentives to promote the development of clean energy can foster the creation of high-skilled jobs.   How clean energy can play a larger role in meeting state, provincial, and federal emissions and renewable energy targets.
